One review. A clock people can read.

Two open calls let people ask for fewer repeat steps, clear duties and sound checks.

These are comment windows, not votes or permits. A faster review must still protect people, nature and Indigenous rights.

Canada and Saskatchewan: October 26, 2026

The draft deal seeks one project review. Its one-year aim starts after all the applicant’s information is in. That is not one year from the first idea. Ask how the complete-file test and each pause will be shown.

The source says 11:59 p.m. but gives no time zone. Send early and check the source. It asks users to sign in or register. Comments are public.

Berg mine: November 9, 2026

The joint call covers the first project description and whether BC should lead the review for both governments. It closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. One submission to either office counts for both. Comments are public.

Draft to adapt before you send

I want one clear review with strong checks. Please name who must act at each stage. Show the full-file test, each pause, its reason and who asked for it. Keep public input and Indigenous rights. Show the cleanup plan and who funds it. Publish the decision and its reasons.

Use the official source for each call. Add your own experience and questions. This draft is not sent for you, and it does not endorse the Berg mine.
